our aim is to make our customers feel that they’re eating a regular tasty cake made with flour and totally blow them away when they realise, they’re eating a 100% gluten free, nut free and dairy free product!

4me gluten free owner, Yinon, has over 20 years’ experience in the baking industry.  For over a decade he ran a successful gluten free baking business abroad, exporting his goods worldwide. 

when migrating to Australia in 2012 with his young family, Yinon began baking in his kitchen.  Soon his friends and family commented on how delicious and exceptional his products tasted.

based on the amazing feedback and the limited variety of gluten free options available, Yinon took the leap and began selling his products to local shops and delicatessens.  Before he knew it, the time had come to elevate his passion and move out of the family kitchen.

due to the increased demand and a dedication to providing high quality gluten free products, the next chapter evolved and the 4me gluten free retail outlet in Elsternwick came to fruition.

yinon’s vision was always, and remains, to enhance customers’ options for taste and provide fresh gluten free, nut free and dairy free products available for everyone to enjoy – not just that one child, or one person who suffers from certain allergies or intolerances. 

‘I want to offer a healthier option for all and to provide customers with new and exciting products.  We have such a wide variety of cakes and desserts and I’m continuing to explore new ideas.  There seems to be limited gluten free options out there and my goal is to change this for our customers’.  

yinon’s caring nature means he takes the time to speak to his customers about their general health and wellbeing, often providing ideas and advice.

our products are made fresh, on site.  So no, our products aren’t the kind that sit in the freezer for ages and then have that once-frozen-now-unfrozen taste (yuck!).  Nor are our products full of preservatives like many gluten free products on the market.  Our products are fresh, taste oh-so-good and are made from all natural ingredients.​

we also have some fructose friendly low FODMAP and vegan options available with a plan to expand our range in the future .  So, keep your eyes peeled for further developments in this space! (wink wink).
